2. Appointments & Access
- The customer must provide access to the vehicle at the scheduled time

- We reserve the right to reschedule due to weather, safety, or access issues

5. Customer Responsibilities
- Remove personal belongings from the vehicle
- Inform us of any pre-existing damage
- Ensure the vehicle is in a serviceable condition

- We are not responsible for mechanical or electrical failures
- We are not liable for issues outside our control
